The teachers union (NZEI) has called a paid union meeting on Tuesday 26th June.
The NZEI is entitled to do so under the Employment Relations Act 2000. As all teachers are expected to attend this meeting, we ask that you make alternative arrangements for your child from 12:45pm. If required, there will be a very small number of non-union staff members to supervise students at school, but there will be no formal instruction. The canteen will not be open at lunchtime, only at interval.
Please complete the attached form and return prior to Friday 22nd June, if you would like your child supervised.
