Megan Bennetts is a member of St John's Christchurch division number 3. So we went and interviewed her about it, and this is what we found out.

On Tuesdays every week Megan goes to St John’s church from 7:00pm - 8:40pm.  She learns lots of things everytime she goes, and earns badges for them too. Some of the badges she has received are media study, water and fire safety, and accident prevention. She earns these badges every term. She enjoys doing it because she also gets to learn about first aid, how to be safe and doctors ABC. There was also a junior competition which she came first in. She has been doing it for three years now and is still doing it, and loving it. Her favourite thing to do there is hobbies or animal care because hobbies has lots of fun different things to do and for animal care you get to look after them.

She has enjoyed doing it because she has made lots of friends and learnt tons of new things, including how to care for the environment, animals, other people and herself. Some advice she would give to others is, “You should give everything a go including this because it’s awesome fun!”
