The Casebrook hockey team has finished their season off on a high!
This year was the first year intermediate schools were offered the chance to play Tuesday Hagley sport on turf, to which we jumped at the opportunity! With a range of abilities and experiences in our team, we started off the season with a 12 - 0 win to our name. We continued on to play against some tough competition. That gave us a few things to focus on during practice time. Our passing improved a lot over the season and we began to incorporate set moves into our game structure.
We ended up a credible 5th place in our B grade competition and are already looking forward to beating this next year!
The team this year included: Lilly Hunter, Jacob Ellis, Maxine Sherriff, Janelle Cloughley, Caitlin Jameson, Boston Beanland, Shontay Simpson, Ella Mitchell and Logan Cartwright - Keast.
