Kapa Haka, Pasifika and Korean dance all performed yesterday afternoon at the Horncastle Arena as part of the Christchurch Schools Cultural Festival. Our three Hip Hop teams performed in the Canterbury Schools competition at Hornby High School.

The above performances were an absolute credit to all students and teachers.  The high quality of items a result of practises that have taken place through out the year, a true example of where perseverance has resulted in excellent results.  Well done and thank you to all students and staff.

On Monday September 10 the Digital Technologies Room will be open for you to visit from 4:30- 6:30pm.  You will see the range of creations our students are working on and you will be encouraged to have a go so please make the most of this  exciting opportunity.  Further information is available later in the newsletter.

Three weeks until the school production opens.  During these next few weeks there will be an increase in the number of practises for cast and classes and you are likely to be asked to assist with basic costume items.  It is a massive undertaking but provides students with a great experience.  Tickets are selling fast so please place your order.
