We want our students to self manage their 'sun-smartness' but we do make it clear that all students can access sunscreen in the office at all times and duty teachers have a supply at break times in Term 1.
Please encourage your child to bring a hat from home, as plain as possible (no colour particularly required) to wear during breaks. Caps or bucket hats are okay but wide brim hats make all the difference.
We also have plenty of shaded areas and a library which students can access during the lunch break.
We are looking into a school cap for Term 4 so hopefully that will be available for our students then. Until then, any appropriate hat will do!
