Record Number of Casebrook Challenge Badges Awarded at the End of Term One

Over 75% of our students achieved a Gold Casebrook Challenge Badge last term. This was an amazing effort.  We look forward to this record being broken yet again at the end of Term Two.  The secret to success is, start your challenges now.

Welcome to Term Two.  We were all so fortunate with the wonderful weather over the break.  Our students have returned well refreshed and ready for another busy term.

Year 7 swimming lessons begin next week and last for two weeks.  Please ensure your child has their gear with them, every day except Tuesdays.  These lessons are an important part of the Physical Education curriculum and so we appreciate your support in ensuring your child is prepared.

This year as our enrichment experience we have the "Capital Connection" trip where students will visit the key landmarks of our Capital City.  Thank you to those who have paid your deposit.  The trip has been very well supported; it is the first time I have seen queues of people in our foyer before 8am.

There are many events on the term calendar and so please keep a copy handy.  Hagley Sports start in Week Three and we have our school Cross Country in Week Five.  Time to start training.

As always, if you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact us.  It is important your child has a successful, enjoyable time with us at Casebrook.

Regards
