Casebrook Performers Travel to Queenstown

Great excitement as the Casebrook dancers, singers and orchestra prepare to travel to Queenstown. The group of 50 students leave on Monday and will perform at a range of venues during the Winter Festival. This is a fantastic opportunity that will become a life long memory.

Tonight Casebrook hosts a Variety Show, an opportunity for all of our performance groups to showcase the amazing progress they have made to date.  This event is in the school hall from 7.00pm.  I encourage you to join us if at all possible.  Door sales for $5.00 per person.

Congratulations to Caleb Cottom, our  first student to receive a 'Casebook Super REP' badge.

The Papanui/Redwood cluster of schools has continued to be actively engaged with each other.  Casebrook staff, in collaboration with Cotswold Primary, continue to look at developing common teaching practices so as to assist students with the transition from Primary to Intermediate.  These practices and processes, as they develop, will extend across to our other contributing schools.  This work will ensure students move into Year 7 with confidence and can focus on the excitement of a new school environment.

Only two weeks left to complete Term 2 Casebrook Challenge activities. We look forward to record numbers achieving Gold badges.

As always, if you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact me.

Regards
