On the 25th July, I was at a Rhythmic Gymnastics competition representing Casebrook. I’ve been doing rhythmic for 7 years and I do 9 ½ hours of training a week. In total there are 5 apparatus: hoop, clubs, rope, ribbon and ball. I'm in Level 6 so I do hoop, ribbon and ball. There are levels from Recreational to Level 10, you get more apparatus the higher level you are, and you move up a level every year. In the school's competition I finished third overall in Level 6. There were 12 other girls so I think I did pretty good.
