On the 30th of October Casebrook held their school Athletics Day.
Most of the students participated in our school athletics day on Wednesday. This was a chance for our students to test themselves against the rest of their year level. We have 8 different events that students participate in during the day. Long Jump, High Jump, Shot Put, Discus, 100m Sprints, 60m Sprints, Sack Race and a Mini House Competition.
It was great to see all of the students competiting and supporting their friends in a positive way. Well done to all of the students who competed and hopefully they had a good day.
The top 3 students in each discipline and year level can be considered for the Regional Zones held at Nga Puna Wai in a few weeks time. Last year we had a couple of student break records and we would love to see some students do the same again this year.
