From Week 1 to Week 9 students in Hagley Futsal will be competing with other schools from around Christchurch at Hagley park.
30 students from Casebrook travel by bus to Hagley every Tuesday. The first round of competition didn't go so well for our A team as they lost to Heaton Gold with a score of 7-2. Hopefully, the can improve and win again this week.
We chose to ask some questions about Hagley Futsal.
Q: Do you enjoy playing Futsal?
A: Yeah, it's fun being able to play in a team with my friends.
Q: Do you practice a lot?
A: Not at all, it's more about having fun!
Q: What made you want to play Futsal?
A: I played Football during Winter Hagley so thought I would put my name down for Futsal.
Q: What’s the best part of playing Futsal?
A: Winning of course!
