We interviewed Year 7 teacher, Mr Broad, from Rm 15, about his time at Casebrook so far. His past and his interests.
Mr Broad has enjoyed his time at Casebrook. It has been very busy, but very good as well. He has only just become a teacher and has been teaching at Casebrook for just four weeks. Mr Broad decided to become a teacher because he wanted a break from construction and wanted a new challenge.
He didn’t decide to become a teacher until he was 18. Mr Broad taught at St Mary’s in Scotland. He has also taught in a lot of other schools: St Andrew’s College, Paparoa Street, St Margrets, and Casebrook.
Mr Board’s interests include reading, gaming, skiing, snowboarding, and travel. His favourite artist is Shihad, and his favourite song is Home Again. Mr Broad’s favourite animal is a shark.
Mr Broad is looking forward to learning about the students, teachers and going on school trips.
