Introducing our House Leaders for 2020! (Part 2)

By Nick Leith | Posted: Tuesday March 10, 2020

In part two of our introductions, we meet the house leaders for Sawyers and Veitches houses.

Sawyers House:

Cohan Max:

I like all the opportunities Casebrook has to offer and I like how we're really involved with sport. I am looking forward to sports and meeting new people this year, we're a big school and there's heaps of new faces.

In my spare time, I like playing softball for PCU U15s and playing basketball. A special talent I have is that I'm good at art.

Daniella Peacock:

This year I am incredibly privileged to have become a House Leader and Casebrook's Deputy Head girl. I am looking forward to having many more opportunities to help out with my peers and the school. In my spare time, I love to read, swim and visit friends. Something you might not know about me is that I was born in England, and have three sisters.

Casebrook is great as there are so many new people to meet, opportunities to take, and things to learn!

Veitches House:

Sienna Yearbury:

I love all of the opportunities that Casebrook has to offer every student. They encourage everyone to step out of their comfort zone and I really like that. I am really excited for all of the leadership opportunities that will come my way this year because of the role I have taken up as Head Girl.

I spend half of my time training at the Christchurch School of Gymnastics, it is my favourite sport! The other half of my spare time I spend dancing and drawing while I am at home. I love going to the beach and swimming in the water when I get a chance. A special talent I have is I know how to spell my name in sign language.

Gafatasi Ireome:

Talofa lava, my name is Gafatasi Ierome and I have the privilege of being Veitches House Leader as well as Kapa-Haka Leader.

What I love about Casebrook are all the opportunities I have been offered over the past year. In 2020 I am looking forward to taking on the challenge of being a leader for both Veitches House and Kapa-Haka. In my spare time I like to play sport, especially rugby and rugby league. If you are looking for me around the school I'm in Room 13 with Miss Clark.

In our next newsletter, we will introduce the Kapa Haka leaders and student council reps for 2020.
