Read on to find out more about Casebrook's new singing teacher, Casebrook Singers and Specialist Choir director, and drama enrichment teacher.

Hi there! My name is Shannon Cottrell. I’m a graduate of the National Academy of Singing and Dramatic Art (NASDA). I have fifteen years experience in high schools and performing arts schools in Canterbury and the United Kingdom, as a qualified classroom teacher, specialising in the Performing Arts. I am a vocal specialist, operating my own teaching studio, Yellowstone Vocal Studio. I also co-direct the Christchurch Girls’ Choir. In my spare time, I enjoy performing in musical productions and will be playing the role of the narrator in North Canterbury Musical Society’s production of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat next year. I’m really looking forward to working with the students at Casebrook Intermediate.

Shannon is able to take on private singing students. Please get in contact with Genevieve Feron (gferon@casebrook.school.nz) for more information.
