Tēnā Koutou Kātoa - Welcome to Term Three

How fortunate we are in New Zealand, to be looking forward to a term in which we can operate in a close to normal manner. May it continue.

This term promises to be a busy one as a number of events have been moved from Term Two.  There will be sports competitions, ski trips and during the last week a 'Casebrook Variety Performance'.  This variety show will include an item from all classes and a number of our performance groups.  It is a perfect opportunity for all students to experience performing on the stage.

Next week we are offering times for people to visit Casebrook and see the school in action.  These tours replace our Open Night. If you know of anyone who is considering Casebrook in 2021 please encourage them to ring the office and make an appointment.  The details are:

  • 27 July - 1:30 - 2:45pm
  • 28 July - 9:00 - 10:30am
  • 31 July - 9:00 - 10:30am
  • 31 July - 1:30 - 2:45pm

We currently have a focus on student attendance and punctuality.  It is very important that students attend school unless they are unwell.  Research has also shown that lateness can be very detrimental to student progress. Please ensure your child is on time.  We suggest they arrive by 8:30 am, at the latest.  If they are here early the hall is always open and the heat pumps on.  Students may enter their classrooms at 8:20 am.  We appreciate your support.

As always, please do not hesitate to contact your child's teacher or those of us in the office if you have any questions or concerns.
