Last week, on Wednesday 21st of October, Leon Greig and Elliot Aitchison presented their speeches in a competition at Heaton Intermediate School.
Leon's speech was about road safety and Elliot's speech was about the teacher's pet. They both did extremely well! The competition was for Year 7 and 8 students at Intermediate Schools in Christchurch.
Elliot received 3rd place for his speech!
Leon won the speech competition!
Because Leon won, next year Casebrook Intermediate will be hosting the competition!
Well done to both boys!!
