Ten students from Casebrook recently competed in the CAIMS Duathlon. Isabelle and Amelia from Room 9 caught up with Ava Rattray about the event.
On Monday 18th October, ten Casebrook students competed in the CAIMS Duathlon at Ruapuna Raceway. The course consisted of a 2km run, a 9km bike, and finished off with a 1km run.
Ava explained that this was her first time competing in the duathlon and wanted to experience it. She placed 11th out of approximately 80 other competitors.
