In preparation for school speeches students have been focusing on what makes for a good presentation.
Classes have been doing brainstorms and then practising reading aloud to their peers. Some in small groups and the brave ones are reading to the whole class. It is a great way to gently break them into speaking in public. It is heartwarming to see students reading and enjoying being read to.
