Establishing wellbeing habits to sustain your energy when caring for others

Do you sometimes feel like you’re trying to keep your head above water?

• Understanding the cost to your battery as you charge up others

• Recognising the point at which you need to plug in and recharge

• Establishing wellbeing habits for your own survival

• Developing and replenishing your inner self

This online workshop will be facilitated by Marina Shearer, who facilitates our popular "Thrive and Revive" and "Conflict Management" workshops. With a 25 year career providing training and facilitation, Marina has a passion for creating better outcomes for everyone.
