Tēnā Koutou Katoa - Term Four is off to a Great Start.

Yesterday we held our annual school athletics day. The weather was kind to us and the students were able to complete the rotations of competitive and fun activities. Thank you to the parents and whanaū who were able to join us. It is so nice to have the community back in our school.

On Friday two water polo teams are travelling to Dunedin to compete in the  South Island Water Polo competition.  This is always a great competition with teams travelling from all around the South Island. We wish them all the best for an enjoyable weekend and a special thank you to Eden Foster, Sam Broad and Helen Davanney for travelling with the teams.

Next week the first of two Dunedin Inquiry Camps travel to Dunedin on Monday and return on Friday.  This event was extremely well supported, allowing us to fill two camps. Thank you to Char Rennie and Brydon Houliston who are accompanying the first trip.

Over the next few weeks we will be working with the students who will make up our Year 7 in 2023 and beginning to transition our Year 8 students into their respective High Schools.  If you have any questions or concerns about your child's transition please contact Mark Russell or the school office.

This is an exceptionally busy term so I do encourage you to keep the term calendar close by and if you have any questions just contact us.
