Thank you to all who were able to attend our Year 8 Celebration Assembly and our Year 7 Prizegiving. Both very important events to acknowledge our young people. Our celebrations finish with tonights Year 8 Prizegiving. We look forward to seeing all Year 8 students and welcome parents and whānau.

During the remainder of the term we have our Big Days Out and the final event for Year 8's is the Formal, next Thursday night. Please encourage your young person to attend as it is a really nice evening and all classes have been learning dances.  Tickets are available from the school office. We ask for tidy dress and they can be collected from the school foyer at 9:30pm.  You are welcome to stand at the back of the hall anytime from 9:15pm. Year 8's do not attend school on the Friday and Year 7's only for the Friday morning.

We consider ourself to have been very fortunate this year at Casebrook.  We have faced many challenges but throughout it all we have had fantastic support from our staff, the community, the Board of Trustees and PTA. Thank you all for this as it has ensured the education of our young people has continued reasonably uninterrupted.  We do look forward to a year where we can perhaps focus on business as usual.

Have a safe and happy holiday break.  All the very best to families who are leaving us this year.  We wish you well at your new schools and all the best for the future.  To those returning we will see you for interviews in February.
