Science In A Van!

Science In a Van was held on Friday 24th of March and was hosted by Allan and Emily who did exciting and fun experiments to teach us about science. The event was held in the hall at Casebrook Intermediate.

There were many astonishing experiments that made the audience's jaws drop. One of the many experiments was putting a full can of water in cold water after the water in the can had boiled. After the can was deposited in cold water, the heat inside caused the can to crush itself.

The hosts taught the crowd about the periodic table and told them about lots of different elements and the formation of different elements to form a new element.

Many humorous jokes and experiments were very entertaining and made the audience interested and made them sit on the edge of their seats.

“It was a pleasure to host Emily and Allan at Casebrook Intermediate from Science in a Van. They were funny and engaging and showed lots of interesting experiments. The students seemed to really enjoy the show!” Mrs Rousse, our science teacher said.
