Recently Mrs Kelleher has set up a new robotics group especially for girls. We interviewed Mrs Kelleher to find out more information about this group.

Q.1: Why did you start the group?

Ans 1: The reason I started this group was because I noticed that in coding and robotics mainly boys signed up so I wanted to create a group for girls so they can see the fun and learning that they can have with robots.

Q.2: Are you impressed with what the students have achieved?

Ans 2: Well we have only had a few sessions but I am impressed with their excitement and how curious they are to solve problems.

Q.3: What type of activities do you do?

Ans 3: At the moment the girls are working with Ozobots and they are testing what they are able to do and work through challenges.

Q.4: Would you organise this group again? If so why?

Ans 4: Yes, I would like to keep the girls robotics going to create a challenge between girls and boys groups.
