On Tuesday 12th September the Year Sevens had a dance off. They all used their production dance that they will perform on the production nights - 26th, 27th and the 28th of September.
All the classes really enjoyed being able to showcase their dance in front of the other classes before the production nights begin.
First off it started with Room 7, they set the bar high for the rest of the classes! We danced for the CINO Cup [Casebrook Intermediate Nice One]. This was a great experience for all the year seven classes. We were given the results on Thursday, it was down to Rooms 9, 3 and 8. At the end it came down to the energy that the classes produced. So the winner was… Room 8! Room 8 won because they had the most energy, they were in time and it looked like they wanted to be up there.
Mrs Ogilvie commented - “I was very impressed with every class that performed today, the dances looked very polished. I think that the dances in the dress rehearsals will run very smoothly.” Overall, all the dances were very good and this years production will be amazing!
