Casebrook Intermediate operates a school enrolment scheme. However, Casebrook welcomes out of zone enrolments as our school capacity allows us to cater for most students interested in joining us.

2024 Enrolments
If you live within the school zone and wish to enrol for 2024, please complete the online enrolment form. For out of zone enrolments please contact the office.

The board has determined that 80 places are likely to be available for out-of-zone students in Year 7 in 2025. The exact number of places will depend on the number of applications received from students who live within the school’s home zone.
If the number of out-of-zone applications exceeds the number of places available, students will be selected by ballot.
Enrolment Timeframes
- 8 May 2024 – Enrolments Open
- 31 July - 2 August 2024 - Open Day Tours
- 31 August 2024 – Enrolments Close
- 4 September 2024 – Out of Zone Ballot Completed
- 4 September 2024 – Out of Zone Letters of Offer and Waitlist Letters sent
- 19 September 2024 – Acceptance of Out of Zone offer must be confirmed by caregivers
When are applications confirmed?
- In- Zone Applicants will receive confirmation of their enrolment within 7 days
- Out- of- Zone Applicants will receive confirmation that their application has been received via email and their placement confirmation early September.
