The final newsletter for Term Two.

It has been a busy term but much has been achieved. We have record numbers of students achieving Super REP badges and most are involved in a range of extension - enrichment activities. We consider this is important as it exposes young minds to a variety of experiences and promotes engagement. Well done to all our pupils.

This term we farewell Mr John McBride.  John is moving to a position in an International School in Panama.  John has been a very valued member of our staff, being a great classroom teacher and also working with boys writing groups.  We thank John and wish all the best.

Miss Kerry Aitken will be joining us in week 6 as the teacher of Room 14.

Please remember you are all welcome to attend our celebration assembly on the last Friday of the term at 1:30 pm in the school hall. This is where we recognise all who have achieved a Gold Casebrook Challenge Badge and reflect on the events of the term.  I will not be at the assembly as I have the opportunity to travel to Ireland and London, as part of my position as President of the Association of Intermediate and Middle Schooling.  I will be visiting schools in London and spending a day at a Technology Centre.  A great opportunity.

Have a safe and restful holiday.  Please remember to book your Student Led Conference time in week 1, a very important event where your child will share their learning  and then in week 2 we have our Open Night, a important event in our school calendar.

Thank you for your ongoing support. It is appreciated by all.
