Casebrook Football A Team Report

On May 24th the Boys Football A team played against Cobham A’s

Casebrook had a tough game but we held strong right till the end. We still lost 6-0 even though they are probably the best team in the competition. The boys made some great passes and crosses. Also the communication was better than the last game. I think that the level of effort was outstanding and the challenges we put in were even better. We never gave up and even though we lost, our play was admirable because we worked well as a team. Thanks to Mr Carville for refereeing the game and congratulations to Calib Bone for his outstanding effort in defence that earnt him man of the match. All eyes are fixed on the next game against Christchurch South Intermediate where we will be chasing our first win of the season.
