New Year 7 students at Casebrook

Casebrook has had a great new Year 7 start to the Intermediate School year, and some of them have been interviewed about their first days of school. We asked some interesting questions about them and their time at Casebrook so far.

Last year a lot of Year 7’s were very nervous about their first year starting Intermediate but this year it doesn't seem the same… Everyone is so pumped and it looks like they fit right in and have been here for more than a couple of Terms which is a really good achievement for everyone.

We interviewed some lovely Year 7’s called Mila Martin-Sustersic and Braden Anderson.

One of the questions was, how they felt before school started and both of them were excited about all the opportunities that Casebrook could offer them.

Casebrook students are lucky to have a great canteen to buy cheap food from. Lots of Year 7’s have already bought things from there including the people we interviewed. All of the people that got interviewed loved the Cool Sips and so did lots of other people too.

So far, out of all the subjects the two students really loved writing and art.

Many kids have felt more confident in Week Two and Three because some of the Casebrook Year 8’s have shown good REP and helped them out if they need it and sometimes the Year 7’s are even helping each other. A lot of students are very excited for Casebrook, to make new friends and have more opportunities to do what they love.

All the students in Room 2 love their teacher, Miss Goble, including the ones that got interviewed. Having a one hour lunch was a very excellent idea because they all love it! Year 7’s almost think Casebrook is perfect! But more rugby is a popular opinion.

Everyone seems so happy here and can't wait for all the opportunities Casebrook presents!
