The Student Council's fundraising pick for Term 2!

On the 9th of June, Casebrook had a themed a non-uniform day for the Red Cross. The theme was to dress up as your idol. People dressed up as teachers, family, famous people, and athletes. We raised over $460!

We asked a few students who they chose to dress up as and why:

Seb Stettner, dressed as Richie Mo'unga: "Because my favourite rugby player is Richie Mo'unga who plays for the Crusaders."

Jodie Wooddin, Emma DeLeijer, Izzy Smith, Alexi Smart dressed as the Powerpuff Girls: "Because we thought it would be fun to do."

Angelee Wagener, dressed as Miss Kirk: "Because I want to be a teacher when I grow up and Miss Kirk is the best teacher."

Zohreh Mehdizadeh, dressed as her sister: "Because I look up to my sister and I want to be like my sister when I grow up."

Ben King, dressed as Richie McCaw: "Because I found a pilot hat and I wore an All Blacks shirt to represent an all-black player."

Frano Chaplin, dressed as Mr Foster: "I thought it would be a good idea to dress up as Mr. Foster."

Gia Soutzidellis-Urguhart, dressed as Katie Ledecky: "Because she is a really good swimmer and it doesn't matter if she starts slow because she will catch up to the others."
