Room 5 did a Big Project. Let's interview some students to find out more.

Mica & Jess - Room 5

Q: What is your big project?

A: You get given a topic and choose something more specific in that topic and do research then find a creative way to present it.

Q: How long did it take to make?

A: You get 1 academic term or a bit more if you haven't finished or are behind. You then present to class when finished

Q: Do you work on it at home or school?

A: Mostly at school, you get allocated certain time in school and are allowed to take home if behind.

Q: Is the project for the whole class or individual students?

A: Everyone does one but you can go in small groups if you want to.

Q: What did you enjoy about your project?

A: Choices that you had. Not restrained to one way to present it. Fun way of showing what you've learnt.

Q: Were there any challenges?

A: Not really but a bit difficult on what you’re doing and how your doing/presenting it.

Q: What did you learn while working on this project?

A: Working by yourself is easier.
