Casebrook’s Annual International Trip  - China/Korea

By Tracy Goulden | Posted: Wednesday May 10, 2017

“WOW” where do I start!!

From April 20th – May 4th I was lucky enough to travel with a group of 12 parents, 17 children (from both Casebrook and Cobham) one International Director and two translators all the way to China for two nights, three days then to Korea for the remainder of our time.

What an amazing journey we had, with highlights such as the Great Wall, Hanock Village, Daedunsan Mountain and Lotte World just to name a few.

During our time away the children were hosted by amazing families from Bong Dong Elementary School (some of which we have hosted before), experiencing the way another culture lives – some even had a traditional bed on the floor.

The friendships and memories that were created I hope will last a lifetime.

Can't wait to start planning for 2018, keep and eye our for details before the end of the year or get in touch if you would be keen to join us on our next great adventure.

A huge thanks you to everyone who came along from Casebrook and supported me on the journey: Alexa and Andrea Robinson, Esree and Cathy McMillan, Katie and Paul Comyns, Leo, Mia, Tracey and Richard Ormsby, Nicholas, Alyssa, Angela and Dave Harnett, Bridgett Kelly, Xenobia Barr and Morgan Crump.
