On Thursday, 7 September 2017 the school started an interclass basketball competition which was a straight knock out, if you won you were through and if you lost you were gone.
The final teams were from Room 12 and Room 2. Room 2 lost by two baskets and left Room 12 on top with four baskets. Congratulations Room 12.
The teams consisted of these players:
Room 12: Dayton Tahapeehi, Tuhoe Taylor, Guy Hutchinson, Alex Harris, Jack Burtt and Andreas Kainuku.
Room 2: Ashton Thackwell, Obie Dixon, Phoenix Goudie-Low, Jack Lamb and Thomas McCallum.
